Examination number. At written examinations the students have to apply the examination number stated at the study card.

Time of examination. The students must meet 15 minutes before the beginning of the examination at the latest, by examination in the Hall 30 minutes before the beginning of the examination (the doors will be closed at the above-mentioned time, and afterwards this time no admittance to the examination room will be permitted).Written examination begins at 9 o'clock a.m. The students have to bring their study card to the examination and show it to the invigilators.

During the examination. During the first and last 30 minutes of the time of examination it is NOT allowed to leave the examination room. The invigilators must be called when leaving the examination room and when a student needs more paper. It is NOT allowed to borrow books or other material from another student during the examination.

Send for the teacher at written examination. The teacher can only be send for if the wording of the examination paper is not unequivocal or if errors in the examination paper are found. The teacher cannot be send for in connection with difficulties with the understanding of the examination paper.

If study material is allowed at the written examination. This includes: books, notes, papers, calcutors etc. Computers, printers, and phones are not allowed.

When the examination is finalized (if an examination ends at say 2:00 p.m. the students must stop writing at that time) the examination papers must be separated and put in envelopes (the original examination paper must be put in the envelope with black writing, the red copy in the envelope with red writing, the yellow copy and the blue copy is for the student. The students are not allowed to bring copies or examination papers before the examination has finished neither to leave their seats before the examination papers are delivered to the invigilators.

Smoking is prohibited at the examination. It is not possible to get special rooms for the smokers. For that reason smoking is prohibited.
