Academic Boards
At The Faculty of Social Sciences the following academic boards exist:
The academic boards of the faculty administer all study programmes. The academic boards prepare proposals for curricula, authorize and approve examination requirements and approve the plans for teaching. Furthermore the study boards ensure that the plans of teaching are in accordance with the curricula and that study programmes are completed in accordance with the regulations and curricula - within the official duration of a study programme.
The academic boards supervise the coordination of the study programmes and the relevance of teaching and examination requirements with respect to the objective of the study programme. Study boards may grant an exemption from the regulations and curricula if regulations contains this possibility.
